Restaurant Reservations
Terms and Conditions
The Terms and Conditions set out below govern your use of the Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts’ online restaurant reservation service (“Service”). By using the Service, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions of use.
Reservations
Reservations for our hotel restaurants may be made up to 30 days in advance for a maximum of 10 persons, including children. Each child will be counted as 1 person.
Reservation requests may be made by filling in and submitting the electronic form available through the official Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts’ website (“Website”). You should only use the Service if you (i) have legal capacity to create binding legal obligations and (ii) accept financial responsibility for all transactions carried out under your reservation or as a result of your use of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided in connection with your reservation, including without limitation the name of the restaurant, proposed dining date and time, number of guests and your contact details.
The Shangri-La Hotel receiving a reservation request (“Hotel”) may at its sole and absolute discretion accept or reject reservation requests. If your reservation request is accepted, you will receive a confirmation number and email as verification of a successful reservation. In the absence of such confirmation, no reservation shall be deemed to have been made. A copy of the confirmation email or identification document of the person making the reservation must be presented upon arrival at the restaurant.
Reservations may be cancelled by submitting a cancellation request using the Service. Cancellations should be made at least 30 minutes before the reserved time.
The Hotel may at any time, without assigning any reasons therefor and without prior notice, cancel your reservation without any liability to you or any other person.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation and release a table if you do not arrive within 15 minutes after the reservation time.
Use of the Restaurants
The restaurant reserves the right to assign tables at its discretion. Special requests may be granted at the sole discretion of the restaurant.
All diners must abide by any dress code or other rules imposed by the restaurant or Hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse admittance to or remove persons from a restaurant for failure to comply with such dress code or rules.
All food, beverage and other items consumed at the restaurant must be paid for at the restaurant.
